Looking At Death Differently w/ Patty Burgess

Becoming more comfortable with death is invaluable in coping with the stress and anxiety that follows a traumatic life event. Join Sheila and me as we meet end-of-life specialist Patty Burgess to discuss how your perception of death impacts how you live in the moment, and can short-circuit the typical stress response during a crisis. We will examine the misconceptions and myths, talk about what really happens and discuss how changing your views about death can help you better relate to the world and to yourself.

Our open talk show format allows for ample interaction with members of the audience so please at the appropriate moment, turn on your webcam/mic and join in the conversation. We hope you log in using Twitter and your CHROME browser for this extremely informative webcast!
